[credit]2 Our feet are standing in your gates, O Jerusalem.
3 Jerusalem is built like a city that is closely compacted together.
4 That is where the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, to praise the name of the LORD according to the statute given to Israel.
5 There the thrones for judgment stand, the thrones of the house of David.
6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: "May those who love you be secure.
7 May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels."
8 For the sake of my brothers and friends, I will say, "Peace be within you."
9 For the sake of the house of the LORD our God, I will seek your prosperity.
LET US PRAY FOR PEACE!
May the peace of the LORD be with you and yours!
Pray for peace in our homes!
Pray for peace for Israel!
Pray for peace for Jerusalem!
Pray for peace in Haiti and Chile!
Pray for Jesus' PEACE in the whole world!
Let PEACE begin with me!
An Internet Prayer For Peace O God, you are the source of life and peace. Praised be your name forever. We know it is you who turn our minds to thoughts of peace. Hear our prayer in this time of crisis. Your power changes hearts. Muslims, Christians and Jews remember, and profoundly affirm, that they are followers of the one God, Children of Abraham, brothers and sisters; enemies begin to speak to one another; those who were estranged join hands in friendship; nations seek the way of peace together. Strengthen our resolve to give witness to these truths by the way we live. Give to us: Understanding that puts an end to strife; Mercy that quenches hatred, and Forgiveness that overcomes vengeance. Empower all people to live in your law of love Amen. --- Source: Pax Christi

What a truly praised filled post for our Lord God!!! Glory to God.
ReplyDeleteYes, I would love to be in a dance group also. I've done quite a bit of liturgical dancing a few years back with a few ladies. What a wonderful form of praise to our Father God.
I've been doing It's Not About Me for close to a year now each Sunday. I just started back doing it as a Mcklinky. What a blessing to see you have joined in..((hugs))
I used to have a bumper sticker:
ReplyDeleteNo Jesus. No peace. Know Jesus. Know peace.
I pray for the peace of Jerusalem. I pray for peace in the world. Yet, I am certain that it cannot be till Christ returns. Praise His name that through His blood we have peace with God! Praise His name that through Christ we are all in all...there is no difference. The wall, the barrier wall has been torn down...neither Greek, nor Jew, nor slave, or free...we are all ONE in Christ! Hallelujah!
Peace, beautiful peace. Let's all dance for peace.
ReplyDeleteThis video really does make you want to get up and dance. Visiting Jerusalem in 1978 was a wonderful experience. Thank you for this post.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Charlotte
Who can resist dancing for the Lord? I am tired from last night's work, visiting friends from SS, and I felt reenergized by this post! Thank you. Glory to God! God bless.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great a uplifting video.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Ginger
Thanks for sharing. Peace is a common theme this Sunday. We badly need peace in this world; praise God for giving us His peace that passes all understanding.
ReplyDeletePlease click here for mine.
Peggy, I loved that video of praise. Thought I left a comment here before, but it must have not taken!
