My WFW comes from a wonderful email Bible Study devotional, by Dr. Ralph F. Wilson, for this week, Joyful Heart Renewal Ministries, JesusWalk® Publications that I highly recommend any of his online studies, but this one is so wonderful for Holy Week. First I did the initial WFW last week and then on Fri., I found his daily study on each one as I searched for images/pictures to go with them.
Though I enjoy so much each of the full teachings of Dr. Ralph F. Wilson and the personal reflection each study offers, I just had to share what he wrote on "IT IS FINISHED" (6) about WHAT WE SHOULD LEARN for our lives, because they line up so well with my MISSION blog:
1. WE ARE TO LIVE LIVES OF PURPOSE2. WE ARE TO LIVE LIVES OF FOCUS3. WE ARE TO LIVE LIVES OF OBEDIENCE4. WE MUST BE WILLING TO SUFFER TO ACHIEVE GOD'S PURPOSE"Copyright Ralph F. Wilson pastor (at)joyfulheart.com. All rights reserved. Used by permission." Please go to his site to READ the full devotional study in context. Bookmark his site.*****************Warning: this is 3-4 minute clips from "The Passion of Christ"So these WFWs were done by me from a search with Google Images on this 1st one:

on
JESUS' WORD
LIFE
&
PURPOSE!
His sacrifice was as a Lamb of God
but He reigns as the King of kings!
And lives as our Savior & Lord
by just one prayer saying
you believe and accept Jesus.
He paid the debt for each one of us to live eternally.
He bore our sins upon that Cross.
He won the victory over sin & death.
Hallelujah!

3 SPECIAL URGENT PRAYER REQUESTS: 15 year old from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in surgery tonight for stomach cancer (Amber) a precious girl to a dear friend of mine, Helen... pray that it has not spread and that God, who is greater than cancer, will heal and stop this, in Jesus Name...
Also for Emma, Especially Heather's daughter... it's best to read from Heather's Twitter; last word:

And also Abby from "....where laughter lives:The Riggs Family"

ReplyDeleteOh, this was very good! I was engaged in each of the seven as you counted them down with the pictures at the end, and then you had the political one. Oh, that pierced me. I have never been a political person, but since this last election I have been very engaged and aware of all that is going on. It is troubling. Your picture softened my heart within an area I have experienced much frustration. Thanks, I think I will print it to keep my attitude right. :)
