ISAIAH 61 says:

"The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the LORD's favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion — to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair."

Welcome to ALL!
No, it's not Christmas in Mexico still
I'm just counting God's Blessings every day!
Y'all are one of the BEST for me!
I like watching snowflakes fall like the stars YOU are in my life
I have COMMENTS CLOSED now, except FRI. and my SECRET GARDEN maybe SOS, but REACTIONS are available instead, see explanation here kinda. I still miss knowing who was here, so I added this linky, on my BLOGGER PAGE also. Just put your name instead of any "Title" to let me know who has passed by and can say:
I WAS HERE!
Here's why: On 1/24 my COMPUTER CRASHED, so I'm unable to SIGN IN to it, it's frozen. I don't know what's wrong or for how long. I try to check what I can from a public cyber but can't do that daily or for hours like I'm use to doing, so I'm very limited in what I can get done. Think God's trying to tell me some thing? Less time online? I'm sure I'll need a new computer rather than repair this here but don't see that happening here in these next 2 yrs. before I'm back home in USA. I'll be thinking and praying for you! Love y'all, pray and please don't forget me. God bless!

FAITH FOCUS FRIDAY FEATURE

Every Friday I FOCUS my FAITH with claiming a Promise from 365 promises and PRAYing with others FEARLESSLY for the needs of others. There is nothing better than a day filled by His Holy Spirit, praying, interceding and building our faith through God's Word as we claim His Promises to us. I truly believe that turning His Word into prayer is the best way to do this.

This Week's FAITH PROMISES are from:
Isaiah 44:22Ephesians 1:13-14
2 Corinthians 6:18Psalm 32:8Proverbs 3:5-62 Thessalonians 3:16Psalm 91:15;

I could not choose my verse of God's Promise, at the time that I was preparing this post. I should go with the "mist" or "F.O.G." of Isaiah 44:22 but I will wait this week and see which promise I need; whether it's His peace, my salvation, my inheritance, my redemption, my REAL Papa, His guidance, His protection, His instruction, me trusting Him, or His rescue from trouble... I do know that whatever it may be, I can CALL on Him, and this I am sure of and my FAITH is strengthened in this belief. (in case you did not get it, I summed up all of the verses and so does my prayer).

I do love the Promise that falls on our adopted son's 33rd bday ... it's just perfect for him from God, His REAL Father. May this truth penetrate his heart and mind with God's love, drawing him closer. He's forever in my heart and wished a very blessed and happy bday!

Each promise is linked to 365promises (except Sat.) check out your choice:

Which Promise of God do you choose?

Let's pray fearlessly
using these scripture
PROMISES
and build our faith!

Heavenly Father,
Thank You that we can call on You at anytime 24-7 when we are in trouble, You are there to rescue us, or just when we need to talk, You are with us and You listen as You hold us. You are our peace, and give us peace at all times and in every situation. We can trust in You with all our heart and You will guide us with Your Light. You look after us and teach us the way that is best, if we listen. You are a REAL Father to each of us. You have sealed us with Your Spirit to guarantee our coming inheritance. Praise Your Holy name! How many times I have CALLed out to You and You have rescued me, touched me, healed me, sustained me, strengthened me, surrounded me, revived me with Your love and aMazing Grace!

We thank You! For You alone have blotted out our sins through Jesus Christ and dissolved them like the mist. Thank You! We love You ... we come before You with a heart filled with gratitude and love, as we bow to You, giving You all the glory, all the honor, and continual PRAISE! Keep our faith focused on You, no matter what.

Yes, my chosen son, God is your REAL Father, look to Him in everything, seek Him in everything first, lean on Him, run to Him... you can depend on Him, though we may have failed you, or your biological parents, He never will. Forgive me(us) for whatever drove you away.   Do not allow my (our) human failings to keep you from the eternal victory and life. Many triumphs await you. Your Heavenly Father is waiting for you to return to Him, listen to Him and be filled with His love, mercy and grace! I love you but He loves you much better and can meet you and your needs with His power to transform and change with REAL unfailing love. Call out to Abba today, let Him back in and make Him Lord, surrender to Him, let Him help you and fight for you. Vaya con Dios!

"God is everything that we need when we need it. He is our Father, our brother, our savior, our friend, our healer, our redeemer and our teacher. Time and space would fail to speak of the many ways that the Triune God (Father, Son & Holy Spirit) watches over us every moment of our lives. " ~ Barry Adams, 365 Promises, Promise #39

My 1pm-ish update with my choice (I have no idea why GR did not publish this at 12 midnight when it was scheduled to post, my blog  did post long before they showed it was here).

For right now, I choose
Promise #39; Psalm 32:8! I need His constant instruction, guidance, counsel and protection!

And for everyone else I pray 2 Thessalonians 3:16

"Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you."

Peace and I'm still so thankful for Promise 36 & 37 & 42!

And as always holding on to #40 more than ever:Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Grateful that our REAL Father calls us His own; children of the Most High as we place our trust in Him!(#38)

  1. I choose Proverbs 3:5-6. I did not blog this. FatherI am trusting in You to guide me and show me what I am supposed to be doing. Amen.

  3. I picked Psalm 32:8 - for reasons I think you will understand! I am claiming this promise, knowing that God WILL lead me in the very best paths. He is with me, He will guide me - He LOVES me.

And I know His hand is on my every step - He planned them before I was born!

Interesting sidenote - I have always loved those verses from Proverbs, too. When my sons were in high school, we had the chance to do a dedication page full of photos for their yearbooks. I did that for both of them, and I included these verses from Proverbs. Just found out this morning that these are the Church Verses for our church for the coming year! I love it!

    GOD BLESS!

  4. I loved your closing prayer, but especially the words for your son...praying for that "one day" to come...full of reconciliation...

I chose 2 Thessalonians 3:16 in the AMP version:

"Now may the Lord of peace Himself grant you His peace (the peace of His kingdom) at all times and in all ways [under all circumstances and conditions, whatever comes]. The Lord [be] with you all."

    Whatever comes...we have His peace...
