"The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the LORD's favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion — to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair." ~ from ISAIAH 61 Bible verse for this Blog

PEACE

I cannot think of a better way to close out 2013 than with

HIS PEACE

it may be "My One Word" given by God to me for this past year but it's so much more to God and to our earthly lives

MY ONE WORD

In fact, many have read Sarah Young's "Jesus Calling..." but because they refer to her book as just that, we (they) miss out on the "subtitle", which is in my case, the principle part of this devotional: "... Enjoying Peace in His Presence". That is exactly what 2013 has been for me: time away, set aside, just to enjoy His Presence; and in His Presence is where I find that PEACE! ... for every single moment of any single year. As I listen to how she, I mean, HE closes this year (in the last devotional from Sarah Young in her book, as she listens to Him) say:

"AS THIS YEAR DRAWS TO A CLOSE, receive My Peace. This is still your deepest need, and I, your Prince of Peace, long to pour Myself into your neediness. My abundance and your emptiness are a perfect match. I designed you to have no sufficiency of your own. I created you as a jar of clay, set apart for sacred use.

I want you to be filled with My very Being, permeated through and through with Peace. Thank Me for My peaceful Presence, regardless of your feelings. Whisper My Name in loving tenderness. My Peace, which lives continually in your spirit, will gradually work its way through your entire being." from Sarah Young in "Jesus Calling: Enjoying Peace in His Presence"

I can actually hear Him whisper these words to me, can you? I still have miles to go on this journey of PEACE, with peace, and in peace so, in the meanwhile, I will continue to whisper His Name in loving tenderness ...

"Whisper the Name
or with
"Deluge"

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Rom 10:13

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men,
whereby we must be saved. Act 4:12

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Act 2:38

I pray and hope that 2013 has given you
more time in God's PEACE and experiencing
PEACE in His Presence in your life!

Peace in Christ Jesus,
Peggy
and
Happy New Year!

STAY IN PEACE

I have stayed the course of PEACE this year: seeking, asking, knocking, to be filled and at peace but I'm not full enough yet or completely done: it's a work in progress and much work to be done, however, God has my full attention and has been leading me and directing this course. One of the tools besides His Word, was "... Enjoying PEACE in His Presence" (devotions for every day of the year by Sarah Young, which I am sharing the final one tomorrow. But a quick 'search' through her writings for 'peace' gathered 98 matches ... (and it looks like that was just in the last half of her book). So I'm sure there are many more.

I'd like to share some beautiful expressions of Sarah's PEACE that I have highlighted in just the recent months:

"... Peace hovers over you, searching for a place to land. Be still in My Presence, inviting Me to control your thoughts. Let My Light soak into your mind and heart, until you are aglow with My very Being. This is the most effective way to receive My Peace."~Sarah Young

"I AM THE PRINCE OF PEACE. As I said to My disciples, I say also to you: Peace be with you. Since I am your constant Companion, My Peace is steadfastly with you. When you keep your focus on Me, you experience both My Presence and My Peace. Worship Me as King of kings, Lord of lords, and Prince of Peace."~Sarah Young

"... Praise and worship are the best responses to the wonder of My Being. Sing praises to My holy Name. Gaze at Me in silent adoration. Look for a star of guidance in your own life, and be willing to follow wherever I lead. I am the Light from on high that dawns upon you, to guide your feet into the way of Peace."~Sarah Young

Yes, these and so many others spoke PEACE into my being when I was not sensing any PEACE, in fact, I was at quite the opposite spectrum in my life ... wandering aimlessly and reacting out of my flesh too often. I knew that His Peace was there for the asking, for my seeking, for my comfort yet I so needed to be reassured and realize that His Peace still dwelt within me.

Hearing Him speak to me through Sarah's collection of peaceful messages, kept me going and believing that He can and will restore our 'peace' when we may falter or weaken. He is steady and true, so faithful and ever so peaceful. He longs for us to find His Peace and give His Peace to ourselves and others. He desires for us to stir up the fruit of PEACE to calm our 'stormy' waters or way and be bold in seeking the tranquil place that soothes the waves of negativity or struggle as we surrender to His Peace. When we let go of all that keeps us from entering that place and reacting rather than responding in His love and aMazing grace. Yes, He left His Peace for us, in us!

"DO NOT BE SURPRISED by the fiery attacks on your mind. When you struggle to find Me and to live in My Peace, don't let discouragement set in. You are engaged in massive warfare, spiritually speaking. The evil one abhors your closeness to Me, ... to destroy our intimacy. When you find yourself in the thick of battle, call upon My Name: "Jesus, help me!" At that instant, the battle becomes Mine; your role is simply to trust Me as I fight for you."Sarah Young

"My Peace is an inner treasure, growing within you as you trust in Me. Therefore, circumstances cannot touch it. Be still, enjoying Peace in My Presence."Sarah Young.

Then on my birthday (blue part on this one is my comment)
"YOU HAVE BEEN on a long, uphill journey, and your energy is almost spent. Though you have faltered at times, you have not let go of My hand. I am pleased with your desire to stay close to Me. There is one thing, however, that displeases Me: your tendency to complain. (oops) (I have to give you all of this one now with that said, because actually the word 'Peace' is not used in this devotion on my bday)
You may talk to Me as much as you like about the difficulty of the path we are following. I understand better than anyone else the stresses and strains that have afflicted you. You can ventilate safely to Me, because talking with Me tempers your thoughts and helps you see things from My perspective. Complaining to others is another matter altogether. It opens the door to deadly sins such as self-pity and rage. Whenever you are tempted to grumble, come to Me and talk it out. As you open up to Me, I will put My thoughts in your mind and My song in your heart."Sarah Young

"THANK ME THROUGHOUT THIS DAY for My Presence and My Peace. These are gifts of supernatural proportions. Ever since the resurrection, I have comforted My followers with these messages:
(JOHN 14:27; LUKE 24:36; MATTHEW 28:20; HEBREWS 13:15)
Listen as I offer you My Peace and Presence in full measure. The best way to receive these glorious gifts is to thank Me for them." Sarah Young

Did you know that you can have PEACE even in the midst of difficult situations?

Jesus spoke these words in the midst of a storm
"Peace, be still!"

Thanking You Prince of Peace
for Your Presence and Your Peace in 2013
and until I no longer breathe
I will continue to seek more of Your Peace in me
and hopefully show others such Peace.
Thank You for making me so aware of how I need
to show PEACE in every circumstance, be at PEACE
and always respond in Peace. Help me to do this
in Jesus' precious Name...

I will stay in Peace!

MY ONE WORD

May my footsteps in the sand
 remind me how to
walk in Your
PEACE
speak words of Peace
create PEACE
or
like Ann V. shared in the Advent week of PEACE
"make space in the pace for PEACE"

... make me an instrument of Your Peace ...
a channel of Your Peace, a vessel full of Your Peace

Now, even though Christmas has past, and so has "15 Songs of Christmas" ended, I just have to share a song that was sung by someone else during those 15 days once again, and ask you to focus on what the "KING says to His people everywhere ..."
{NOTE that this is the King saying this}

* I hope you caught what I saw in the world at the end of the video

Hear Our King

This Child, this Child

who asks us

"to pray for

PEACE"

People everywhere

"You can be in the storm, but don't let the storm get in you." ... "Peace is not necessarily the absence of trouble, nor is it always the absence of enemies. You can have trouble and conflict all around you on the outside, yet have real peace on the inside." J. Osteen

In another part of this same chapter "Stay in Peace" Joel shares that "throughout Scripture, the person who truly trusts in God is compared to an eagle" with a delightful analogy to the pests that an eagle encounters (crows, chickens, even turkeys) with those that we do or the ones that irritate us, and how the eagle has learned to rise higher to "soar" above the pest ... not sink down to their level of squawking and crackling; arguing, paying back, cold shoulder, etc. but rather "overlook their faults", "learn to live above your circumstances", rise above the pettiness, worries, injustices, control, wrongs, strife and division
(that comes from the enemy) ... don't let people pull you in and get you upset or gossiping ... "always remember, the turkeys, chickens, and crows cannot live at the altitude for which you were designed to soar, in the image of and by Almighty God. God is in complete control of your life, He's promised if you remain at rest, He'll make your wrongs right, He'll restore what the enemy has stolen, He'll bring justice. He'll be your Peace!
[from "Embrace the place where you are: Stay in Peace" in J. Osteen's "Become a Better You" and also my notes from Lakewood Church listening to encouraging messages of hope]

*Sorry for so much today, but since 2013 is almost over, I'm just trying to compile all I have gleaned this year with My One Word as PEACE. I am so blessed!

52 LESSONS ...

This should be "52 Lessons" that I've learned on "Peace" (which I still will be sharing more on that these last few days, don't fret) or even from watching this wonderful classic movie, but it's not ...

Lessons from Bob Welch in
"52 Little Lessons from "It's a Wonderful Life"

1   God honors our "childlike faith"
2   Underdogs matter
3   Sometimes you just gotta dance
4   You matter to the world
5   Self-pity skews our vision
6   Life's Greatest adventures are about people, not places or things
7   You can't run away from your problems
8   It's wise to seek counsel
9   Stop to count your blessings
10 There's no impact without contact
11 When criticized, consider the source
12 Find your own Bedford Falls, wherever you live
13 Trying to keep up with the Joneses is futile
14 Perspective changes everything
15 Prayer changes things
16 Revel in the accomplishments of others
17 Don't wait to tell someone you care
18 Every journey has a secret destination
19 Don't look for what is, but for what may be
20 It's in helping others that we help ourselves
21 Life is not a bed of roses
22 It takes a village to raise a child
23 Quiet lives can speak the loudest
24 No man is an island
25 God's greatest gift is life
26 The greatest gift you can give is grace
27 There's much to be said for long-term commitments
28 Actions speak louder than words
29 Look for the best in people
30 Vengeance is not ours
31 Nobody is perfect ... which brings us to grace
32 The essence of life is relationships
33 What triggers true change is true humility
34 Fame doesn't equal success, nor obscurity failure
35 Bitterness backfires on the one who's bitter
36 Living simply helps us appreciate what's most significant
37 High ideals are an honorable pursuit
38 Lost dreams can be found opportunities
39 All that glitters is not gold
40 People respond to honorable
41 Helping others requires sacrifice
42 Look for friends who bring out the best in you
43 Desperation can be a catalyst for great things
44 Miracles happen
45 Age is insignificant; how you live is not
46 The richest people in town might have little money
47 The world needs more sentimental hogwash
48 Pay attention to the task at hand
49 People can change
50 Entering a child's world expands your world
51 It takes time for some flowers to bloom
52 Life revisions strengthen the script

As I pass through the titles of each of these chapters of a "lesson" from "It's a Wonderful Life" (which I never finished sharing, nor did I personalize them to the lessons I learned having been "Ma Bailey" in our church's Christmas drama presentation of this) but I have reflected on much on life this past month and throughout this year; wondering IF I have learned anything about life and making it wonderful, or even IF life is really that wonderful. Any way you look at all of these 52 Lessons, you will find great truths for making our lives more wonderful as watching the movie does or being a character in a real life drama. Maybe the Bailey family can refresh the meaning of a wonderful life for me or others, knowing that every connection in life matters. Yes, especially those that we tend to overlook or seem overbearingly difficult or obstinately an intrusion on our "comfort zone" and what is our way or they bump us the wrong way (or we strike them the wrong way).

By no means, is this the way, I anticipated ending my year with a return to the "garden of grief" for 2013 of PEACE or "lessons" learned or experiences of knowing God more intimately and thanking Him "in everything". What a difference each life makes in the life of another! Grief has somehow become a constant companion that I did not invite into my life, yet here I am with lessons still to learn and wonders of life and how each person impacts the wonder in our own lives (real or virtual) ...

However,

Life sometimes throws you a curve ball.

And
HOPEFULLY
if you know
God
HE THROWS YOU A
LIFELINE

HIS ANCHOR

maybe one of those
52 lessons above
becomes very
REAL

maybe the final one that
Life revisions strengthen the script

Perhaps it's time
to revise
LIFE
and
find
STRENGTH
in the script that God wrote
  and designed just for
YOU

I'm leaning on this
HOPE
in
Lesson #51
It takes time for some flowers to bloom
since I'm still growing and hoping to bloom in 2014

I only finished to lesson #8 with a bit of lesson #9 back
when I was doing this series, concluding with
"COUNTING YOUR BLESSINGS"
and
that's what each of you are for me
so let's do just what lesson #8 says:

STOP
(which means pause and catch or take a deep breath)

and

START
begin each day by counting each blessing in your life

[as Ann Voskamp encourages and many have joined her with
Multitudes on Monday or her Joy Dare]

that
#1  it's a new day
#2 you are alive and awake
#3 you can take a deep breath of air
and breathe in the Holy Spirit
to strengthen the revisions
in our life's script
with
HIS

I'm still wondering as I wander to the end of 2013 with these 52 lessons, if somehow God intended these lessons to weave a thread throughout my writings from this year with PEACE. Guess, I'm just trying to see or make a God connection with "it's a wonderful life" and PEACE. Or if the sum total of these 52 lessons would make life more wonderful and thus filled with more PEACE. Looking through these 52 lessons, I can certainly find keys to truths that indeed may result in more of Christ's PEACE in life. For example: #1 Peace in our childlike faith that God would honor; #2 Peace for the Underdog; #3 Peace that keeps ya' dancing; #4 Peace with you mattering to the world;
skipping down to some others: #14 Peace in perspective changes everything; #23 Peace in a quiet life speaks louder; #38 Peace is lost dreams as found opportunities; #45 Peace in age as insignificant but how you live it ... just saying, in each of these lessons PEACE at the inner core would definitely strengthen the script and make the revisions in life much easier. I wonder if George Bailey or Ma Bailey would agree with this ... Peace on earth, Peace within, Peace lived out, Peace embraced, Peace offered, Peace shared, living at Peace ...

How is your story ending for this year?

Which title
stands out most for you?
or
which of the lessons may bring us more
PEACE
in your opinion
* I had this in "draft" all year waiting to write more and nothing came, and truthfully I set it aside and forgot about it, so this is all I got ... to give or write.
Your I truly believe that each of the lessons are still worthwhile and I should consider incorporating them into my life and perhaps I will write a revised script of making mine or other's lives more wonderful. This may not be the end of these 52 lessons yet ... (to be continued...???) who knows?

SOS ~ PEACE

MY ONE WORD

I hardly can come close to capturing all there is or was for me in MY ONE WORD for 2013: PEACEbut when I followed along reading "31 Days of Missing Him" by Ann Voskamp in October (I was "missing Him"),so this quote and post spoke the most to me of God's PEACE as Our Shalom and how this tied in with my own "31 days of revealing Jesus as Our Peace" and having to "let go" of so much in order to take hold of PEACE.

"Peace isn’t the absence of the dark ... Peace is the assurance of God’s presence in the midst of the dark. And when we want peace – we only need to say yes to God’s purposes."~Ann Voskamp

Screen shot 2012-07-30 at 8.37.21 AM

More than anything, this quote assures me that God is with me, that it is because of God's Presence, in the dark or in the storm, His Peace is here within me, dwells in me, and will bring me through to His Light (My One Word for 2012). So, I realize that God had these words intentionally connected for me to seek more of Him, experience Him more deeply and find more of His Peace within me, when I'm in the dark or the midst of any storm or any situation, I must reach out or within and anchor myself in His Peace, no matter what.

I will find PEACE for my heart and emotional wholeness and healing or health. Stormie Omartian has written a book on this and although I do not have her book (you can only have or read so many books), I'd like to share a quote of the definition she gave for "emotional health" that goes perfectly with PEACE:

"... emotional health is having total peace about who you are, what you’re doing, and where you’re going, both individually and in relationship to those around you. In other words, it’s feeling totally at peace about the past, present, and future of your life. It’s knowing you’re in line with God’s ultimate purpose for you and being fulfilled in that. When you have that kind of peace and you no longer live in emotional agony, then you are a success." Stormie Omartian," Finding Peace For Your Heart A Woman's Guide To Emotional Health"

So once again I find myself in a place for

SOAKING ON SONDAY

and
strolling along

Inspirational Poem
Pathways to Peace
if you have not seen it click and view presentation
{that I shared earlier this year here}
with

Philippians 4:7

This original song by Chris Finlayson goes with Ann's quote:
{thanks Cathy for introducing me to this and the Finlaysons}

* This is not a typical SOS post but I chose to end this year with SOS and a reflection with the PEACE that God leaves us with ... in John 14:27.

Have you traveled down "a pathway of peace" with Jesus
in 2013 along with me? How have you encountered "peace"?

So, I do have the SONG, SCRIPTURE, and SCENE (which does make this an SOS after all,  just not a simple or short one) with MY ONE WORD sermonette ... on PEACE! and directing you to Ann Voskamp's blog once again.

"PILGRIMAGE ..." First Encounter

Cover Art

Pilgrimage

My Journey to a Deeper Faith in the Land Where Jesus Walked

Since I am not an avid reader of fiction for adults, I have totally missed out on all the award winning books written by Lynn Austin, so "Pilgrimage ..." was my first book of introduction to Lynn Austin. She has now won me over to want to read more from her as one of her new fans, starting with "God and Kings" after reading this "pilgrimage".

Her "Pilgrimage ..." in the land of Israel and her life, was one that I could completely relate to and actually felt as if I too were a traveling companion with her as we discover the Biblical places and deepen our faith walk together. Her vivid descriptions definitely made me feel as if I was walking in her footsteps and that of others in the land of Jesus. I have always wanted to go to Israel and reading along through her journey somehow allows me to get a "taste of " the goodness of the Lord and what it would actually be like to venture from "the Wilderness" of Zin or "Judean" through the "Crossing of the Jordan River" to "Jerusalem" through "Galilee" and the "Far North" to behold the "Temple Mount" and "Holy Week" (each one of these was an actual chapter among the 12 in her book).

Lynn Austin's ability to weave through biblical history, with such grand knowledge of tying places and events together, with scriptural insights and also her own personal application to reawakening her faith as she traces and walks us through the land where Jesus and others walked before us, is absolutely intriguing and amazing. I learned so much about my own faith and spiritual journey as Lynn openly penned her struggles with "spiritual dryness" due to loss and change in her own life, which is right where I was, at the time I chose to read and review "Pilgrimage..."

Israel 09 054

Reading Lynn Austin's honest depiction of her "Pilgrimage: My Journey to a Deeper Faith in the Land Where Jesus Walked"
... moved me,  to also deepen my own faith walk as I became so engrossed in all she was contemplating as she hiked along and sharing her most intimate, inner thoughts that encouraged a renewed passion in me. I loved and began to pray the prayers that she included at the end of each chapter as if they were my heart's desire also, because I understood her and felt so honored to be able to have a glimpse of the Holy Land through her insights and masterpiece way of drawing you a visual picture. I, too, as other reviews have noted, may have liked some actual photos, but the digital book I read had images that seemed hand sketched included. On Lynn Austin's blog, I saw actual photos that would have been nice to include some, as quaint and precious as the sketches are, there is nothing like the REAL actual photos I saw. However, as I mentioned, Lynn Austin's superb descriptions definitely gave me as a reader, the image I needed of the place, even having never been there. (maybe the actual book does, since I read this on a digital reader)

Israel 09 039

I have many highlights and favorites throughout this book, upon reading each chapter that one became my new favorite until I arrived at the final chapter as my favorite: "Going Home" (although I have favorite parts in every chapter marked by significant importance in my own journey) ...  I chose this one, because I would have to concur with Lynn Austin as she ends her book with these words: "My Pilgrimage to Israel might have come to an end but the next step in my journey is just beginning." added to these previous wise words from this same chapter:

"All of these Old Testament people accepted God's invitation to walk away from their settled, comfortable lives and begin again."

... As will I ... begin again, with a better understanding and appreciation of the biblical and historical knowledge that Lynn adds to this journey. I will be back for more reading of Lynn Austin and hope she will write more like this one. Her chapter of "Crossing the Jordan" brought me through a personal crossing as other chapters did also speaking to my spiritual walk, which then made each chapter more alive and real to me. I was intrigued and filled with awe and interest as I discovered more about me along with the Biblical insights and points that Lynn shares on her own personal journey on her holy tour of Israel. I just couldn't get enough and paused often to really grasp the magnitude of Lynn's archaeological and biblical insights and the difference she experienced as I did with her.

Thanks to Lynn Austin, even if I am never able to visit the Holy Land, I now am satisfied that I have seen it, with an additional insight that I would never had have, had I not read her book. My hunger and thirst has been filled once more with a renewed spirit, giving me the HOPE that I needed at this point in my life and blessed me with so much more. I am sure I will journey back through these pages again and again, discovering more hidden truths that will deepen and awaken anew my life experiences and faith. I would have loved to linger longer in this "Pilgrimage". I do hope I enjoy the fiction novels as much.

I recommend this book to others traveling through a "dryness" in your own spiritual journey, in need of a lift, fresh perspective or some hope, as well as those who have traveled or will travel to Israel. This book is well mapped out from the south to the north, from the beginning with an actual map to the end with Lynn Austin's conclusions. It's 5 stars for me!!! (which is well earned with the Star of Bethlehem of this blog for this season)!!

Disclosure of material connection:
I received this book free from Bethany House Publishers. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the FTC’s 16 CFR, Part 255

I would have loved to included more of her photos
but it's best if you go read and see them over at her blog.
I wonder if she has more on her blog elsewhere from her journeys in Israel?
Truly Fascinating!!!
Wonderfully written.
Thanks Lynn.

SPECIAL MEANINGFUL SONGS THIS CHRISTMAS

Closing this very special CHRISTmas day with two more songs that are new to me (though they are not that new) and struck such a tender, special place in my heart this year of 2013. I had hopes to share a video of what I did for my October bday and returned to do again for the celebration of Jesus' birth to our world, but I was not able to technically get it ready from my cellphone to the laptop to this blog post. (However if and when I do it will be added right here, so check back every once in awhile, it will be good laughs for you, I think) ... now for my meaningful

NOSTALGIA

Christmas makes me cry

Scotty McCreery sings this also and the video has the lyrics but I enjoyed
Sarah Shreiber's voice

I'm not sad really, just a little melancholy
and
I really love the words and these songs!

*taken from this really good playlist, worth listening to or watching

As I have done on previous Christmas Days and posts, I often have shared a special musical that I find to enjoy for this special day!

This year, Stormie Omatian shared one that she and Michael (her husband) wrote with great Christian artists singing and playing the parts of the Nativity story in the musical:

THE CHILD of the PROMISE

Photo: Lord, help me to trust Your provision for my life, just as Joseph and Mary trusted You in the stable.

After Mary and Joseph’s wedding, news of Mary expecting a child was met with expected suspicion and the small town was buzzing. But the gossip subsided when a decree from Caesar arrived, mandating that everyone travel to his or her birthplace to be registered. Joseph was born in Bethlehem, so he and Mary would have to travel far just at the time she would be delivering her baby. This fulfilled the prophecy that the Son of God would be born in Bethlehem.

After a long journey, Joseph and Mary arrived in Bethlehem. They entered the local inn only to find there was no room for them. Joseph explained to the innkeeper that Mary was ready to give birth and so they needed to find a place to stay. The innkeeper told them that the only possibility was a space in a stable. Joseph had hoped for so much more than that for Mary, yet they knew that the Christ Child would be born there in this humble place.

This song is called, "I Wanted all That for You," sung by Joseph and Mary. Joseph is played by Steven Curtis Chapman, and Mary is played by Crystal Lewis. Listen to it here: http://stormie.co/jB

Stormie shared beautiful images daily (like the one above and below)with a verse, a prayer, part of the story and than ended with one of the songs from the musical. I loved it and have decided I wanted to hear it all together for this day.

I was going to try making a video but thanks to "emmysue20" I was able to compile hers together as a playlist so beautifully done, as well as the one Stormie has with each song separately listed on her YT channel, but with just the album cover for her videos of each song! I believe that hers include all the spoken parts.

Here is one of my favorite songs from this musical with the words then #12 is next:

I love to just imagine this entire musical being done, being portrayed with REAL people, as I cuddle up and listen to this sung so beautifully with the chosen professional voices. A pure JOY!

[when I looked at the songs on the CD, my list above is not complete]

* I say "Gift" to you because of the time it took to compile and then link each song besides, so my "gift" is my time and that of the YT channel of emmysue20!
I have not much to give, but what I give or share here is intended to bless YOU!

Thank you Stormie and Michael Omartian for the composition of this musical and sharing your "gift" with us! Music and musicals, for me, are a gift  that keeps on giving, but the BEST one this day is Jesus Christ and salvation made possible by Him.

CHRISTmas 2013
another spectacular (43 min. long) video
of Christmas house light displays
(first 10 minutes)
then at 13 min. a wonderful compilation of songs

although the Mexicans do decorate, it's nothing like these
that I so enjoy seeing and much, much more

WISHING YOU and YOURS
A BLESSED and WONDERFUL
CHRISTMAS DAY!

Peggy
