ReFreshed through "Praying Through Life's Battles"

Rachel Wojo
(Wojnarowski)

has officially released today

August 25, 2026

her newest

90 day devotional

that I have been waiting for so long
(pre-ordering does not speed up you're reading it)

but it has arrived at just the right time for me

to begin reading

September 1

but

the best day has arrived now

so it's in my hands

and

I am ready to be

PRAYING

THROUGH LIFE'S

BATTLES

... to strengthen my faith ...

This new book released today, caught my attention right away,

because the 90 days are divided into 3 distinct seasons

of spiritual battle:

FOR THE WEARY

FOR THE WARRING

FOR THE WINNING

because I have been there,

quite a few times in my lifetime.

- 30 days in each of these areas -

September, October, November

battleprayers.com

Anchored in 1 Samuel 17:47: “The battle is the Lord’s.”

This seems to be the perfect book to fit my life

and my prayers in

2026

with being

REFRESHED

ReFreshed in the battle

because the battle is the Lord’s!

<>

I hope you'll join me

in reading and praying

and grab your copy of

another great book from

Rachel Wojo

<>

"... In a world of chaos and confusion, it can be hard experiencing relief. Does it seem that way to you? My prayer is that as you read each page, you agree in your heart. Let the words of the prayers in this booklet soothe your soul and open it to the perfect peace God offers. May you experience God’s presence in a fresh way.
Blessings to you!
" Rachel Wojo, from her complimentary bonus ebook, 10 Calming Prayers

She also offered another bonus pdf with a purchase:

"Pray through It Battle Plan"

I'm set - what about you?

Let's pray for one another through each season we face.

Whether you are facing current battles (or have)

we all know someone who can probably use

prayer for the battles they face.

I appreciate yours!
🙏

It has been awhile but this book does connect with another

one back when I began some

SOUL CARE

in the middle of June

ReFRESHING STEPS with ...

There's a reason (or a few) that I have not shared for quite some time.

But it's mostly because I'm in a season of
much need for

REST

"Besides Still Waters"
[in Stillwater]

Step by Step

Little by little

Petit à petit

Poco a poco

<>

I have so many that I really like but
here are some favorites:

Jesus RESTORES my soul

{yes, that's me in His arms, this is why Bella's keeping a good watchful eye}

I know that Jesus guides me.

Psalm 23:1

Lessons I am learning with the Shepherd.

{You can see that I am now walking
right along side}

[This brindle Bella is a bit closer to the real one,
but not quite, and her legs have more white.]

You might also notice that I am a bit partial
in my choices,
yet I have quite a collection now.

Much Healing needed and going on for me;

On August 17th, 2023
{already 3 years}
Richard John Anderson
bid farewell to this world from Texas.
He was my older brother,
father to two wonderful adult children.

On September 17th, 2026
we will have a
Memorial Mass
for the oldest of we 4,
my only beloved sister
Carol
who stepped into heaven
this past April, 2026
(the week after her birthday)

And long ago,
but never forgotten,
because he's so close to my heart
November 2, 1990
our youngest baby brother
Gary
peacefully passed into the arms of Jesus,
His Savior, His Lord, His Friend

Both of our parents passed away
on each side of Gary.
Our mother departed first on December 2, 1986
then our father, years later
on September 13, 1998
(a couple weeks before his birthday)

So
I'm the last one.

I do not share this all for people's sympathy,
I am only processing my family and
why I am currently in this season
of reflecting & refreshing my
LIFE'S
direction this way
and just how much I need
JESUS
every day, every step
every moment

Here are some famous quotes to think about:

{I wanted to leave their names off,
to not sway you, or close your mind while
reading the words, so not by who wrote it}

Death clearly is a part of life
and both touch our hearts and lives
more profoundly as we realize
the ultimate connection
and what matters
MOST!
c'est la vie!
but
avec Jésus
it only gets better
💙

"Life and death are one thread, the same line viewed from different sides." (Lao Tzu)

"For life and death are one, even as the river and the sea are one." —         (Khalil Gibran)

"It is not length of life, but depth of life." —

(Ralph Waldo Emerson)

"Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live"
(Norman Cousins)

To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.” –
(Thomas Campbell)

“The song is ended, but the melody lingers on.” –💚
(Irving Berlin)

“Unable are the loved to die. For love is immortality.” –
(Emily Dickinson)

Seven is a good number of quotes to share -

each quote gives us yet another way to reflect

on how we are living and loving the life

we still have.

Not every part is good, not every part is hard,

yet every moment is in God's hand

from the beginning to the end

it's how we choose to live our

 DASH

but still

God had a complete plan

it's up to us to

choose to live it well, so

ReFRESH

every chance you get

Receive

and

Release

whatever is keeping you bound

<>

Reflect on all your someone's and how they lived or are living their journey

And

REMEMBER

all that Jesus taught us

about

Life and Death

by how He Lived & Died

His Promises for Eternal Life

are true!

"Lord, I want to walk in Your blessing. I can see now that it’s Your will for me to be blessed and that Your blessings are tied to Your restoration. I’m not used to living a life of expectation. My position was to expect the worst. But I now need to learn how to expect the best of Your restoration and blessing every day of my life. So I will take baby steps and start where I am, expecting Your goodness to be revealed. In Jesus’ name, amen."
