| 1 "Embracing *antonyms for worry allows us to cultivate a sense of tranquility and mental clarity, enabling us to navigate life's challenges with resilience and determination." ... 2 "Sometimes, our minds get concerned with concerns and anxieties that can weigh heavily on our well-being." ... |
Need I say/write/share more ("no, but I will" ... lol) even
| 3 "... These negative thoughts can cloud our judgment and hinder our ability to find peace and contentment." ... 4 "... However, there is a way to combat these "worries" by focusing on their *antonyms - words that represent the opposite of WORRY." |
So I looked them up and they all are exactly what I need

Wonderful list of scriptures! I loved this :”No better medicine than God’s word on repeat and no better healing than in the name of Jesus “.
ReplyDeleteThank you sis! They are all from a YV reading plan but not the quote. That was mine (lol) because actually isn't it laughter that's medicine! Repeat makes me think of the "wash" cycle or "drying cycle" - seems like I've been through the ringer quite a bit lately - and now this conviction of worry being sin has me in another "conundrum" about getting myself free and breaking this habit. Even today, with yet another winter 'storm' coming and being told my T that we might lose power because of the ice than snow on the wires ... made me jump into 'worry' mode because I just went shopping for Sunday dinner and last time the power outage caused me to have to throw out stuff and I just didn't want to do that again so I decided I needed a cooler and ice just in case. Then couldn't find the one I was thinking of that we had - a Coleman, so off he went to get me a used one he found. Meanwhile, I will trust God that my ham, etc. won't go to waste (I don't usually do festive meal for the Resurrection, but it is my favorite celebration along with Christmas) Must be my childhood indoctrination to holiday prep, but I'm nowhere as hospitable as my mom and her endless cooking & prep for holidays! Just not me at all! Looking forward to "BUT Sunday's coming" and hopeful to good weather too & power. God's got this! And His power is the greatest! Sure hope my inner and outer match my desire to be & stay healed completely in Jesus' name (by the time we meet!) so I finally can ... thank you & really thank Jesus!!! {I didn't realize how much of my weaknesses (insecurity, fear, anxiety, panic, etc.) were rooted in worry, which shows my lack of trust and faith. I was sure that I have trust, peace & faith in Jesus (thankful His Spirit's still working out, and in me)!
DeleteStay safe, warm and dry….and electrified!🙏🏻
Delete... wrapped in your light blue blanket, & Jesus' grace, our Father's love, & Spirit's comfort! Love your words all the way to electrify!!! Thanks, sis!
