"The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointedme to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me tobind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedomfor the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaimthe year of the LORD's favorand the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion — to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair."~fromISAIAH 61 Bible verse for this Blog
APOLOGY to READERS who followed a SEARCH to HERE & didn't find it
On July 18, 2017, I drafted almost 3000 blog posts that I had published since 2008 when I began blogging, rather than edit each one. So if you clicked here from somewhere else and ended up with the post unavailable or error, I am sorry but this is why. It'd be too much work for me to go back and fix them. There's an explanation on7/19/17as I'm still learning.
A festal season in the liturgical year - marking the high point
of the Church's year and a "profound significance for our identity
as Christians (mainly Catholics) but it'd be great if we all
kept finding this season to celebrate with expectation

I can't resist sharing on "Paschal".
The only time that I can recall hearing this word,
it was connected to Lamb:
the Paschal Lamb
"Paschal is the English adjectival form of the Greek word pascha, which is derived from the Hebrew word pesah (or pesach), which means “passover.”The Pesach or Passover is the Jewish Feast celebrating the Israelites' deliverance from slavery in Egypt (see Exodus, chapter 12), focusing on the Tenth Plague and its results."... As GREAT as it is to continue celebrating this season
{and right about now, most of us need something to encourage us,
to celebrate and lift our Spirit, but that's Pentecost}
This time would be a wonderful season
to deepen & renew our walk
with Christ

Which is the real reason that I decided to share this blog post
During Holy Week, from Palm Sunday until Good Friday,
I discovered a beautiful new "music" to help me
through the week and also to calm my spirit
to sleep better & more peacefully.
The You Tube videos are so beautiful - the images are gorgeous!
and the music, so fresh & simply enjoyable
in a relaxing kind of way
but I believe that there are some more lively.
I do not know Hebrew, however if I did, or could learn
more than "Yeshua"; these would be good to reinforce some.
I could not choose my favorite yet and I began a private playlist
JESUS is so good & His Holy Spirit draws me more every time
I LISTEN & FOCUS & LEAN IN

* Oh, and by the way, RESTORE MY SOUL by Rachel Wojo was the 1st study I got & did from her; right along with Wendy Blight's "Rest for Your Soul". Both were the best rest for my soul!
Early this morn, "Come to Me" & "Comfort My People" were a toss-up as my favorites but throughout my day & night; that "favorite" status changes & God speaks or tears flow, so I know His Spirit moves & pours out & restores my soul, with a bit more healing & at times a WORD sung that lifts my heart & touches my soul. Great is His Faithfulness!
Oh, I’m so glad you found this music and decided to share these songs! What a blessing and I’ve only listened to 3 songs so far! “Carry Me” spoke to my heart like streams in the desert! ๐๐ป๐๐ป❤️๐ค๐️๐ถ
Oh I am so happy and hope that you enjoy more of them! (sigh) I understand why "Carry Me" spoke to your precious heart and your beautiful expression CHOSEN "like streams in the desert" - me, too (on repeat) - I hope that those "streams" were only in the desert places inside your soul & heart & not outward streams, like I found myself caught off guard during Holy Week & experienced, but the "streams" were healing & cleansing, drawing me into Jesus ... from Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 46:4 and Psalm 40:2-3 for the 2nd song included! The Live radio sometimes is the best but since I'm not familiar with the songs (yet) and there are no lyrics with the captivating scenes, it only plays in the background to soothe & calm my spirit. I really, truly hope that this You Tube channel would be a blessing & comfort to you as much as the "music" is to me. I hope you have time to connect & hear more that meet you right where you are and God (Yah) pours into you, your spirit & heart exactly what you need in that moment. I apologize that I did not share before now (a little 'late' here too-lol) I hope that each one sends a special squeeze hug to you ๐ค๐๐ป๐๐ป๐️❤️(green & blue hearts too)! ๐ถ ๐๐ปthat "His hand reaching out to you ... when the waves rise ..." that you sense that He's carrying you - through! Just like you do with the words you share often with me in verses and comments that touch me deep within! Bless you sis! ~Peggy (I don't think I found this music, I believe the Spirit led me & the music found me right where I was and with exactly what I needed to hear!)

Truth be told, I did not resist getting a Pentecost devotional, however it didn't cost me anything so that's why I am sharing so maybe you can get it free also (on Kindle) - by Israel Holas https://www.amazon.com/EASTER-PENTECOST-DEVOTIONAL-Celebrate-Resurrection-ebook/dp/B0F2B9MT1M 2025 EASTER TO PENTECOST DEVOTIONAL: 50 Days of Hope to Celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus and power of the Holy Spirit (Kindle Edition) I have found the first 9 days to be extremely well done and just the right size of devotional for me with Scripture Reading, Reflection, Prayer & Activity (a practical do-able challenge)
